I recently attempted a fairly large landscape lighting project on my own. After putting in a lot of time and effort, I reached the finish line only to discover that none of the lights were working. I was frustrated, but more importantly, I was concerned that a lighting company might take advantage of the fact that I had tried to do it myself and charge me a significant amount of money to diagnose and fix what could have been a simple issue. Thankfully, that was not my experience at all with Vision Outdoor Lighting. Juan was incredibly responsive from the start and even provided a realistic price range over the phone before coming out, ensuring I was comfortable with the potential cost. When he arrived, he was complimentary of the work I had done and never once made me feel foolish for tackling the project myself. As it turned out, there was only one minor issue causing the entire system not to work. Juan quickly identified the problem and had everything up and running in under an hour. True to his word, the final cost fell right in the middle of the price range he had quoted beforehand. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, honesty, professionalism, and great customer service so well. Juan not only solved my problem efficiently, but he also treated me with respect throughout the process. Took me some time to write a review, but I can't say enough about Vision Outdoor Lighting! Juan did a great job fixing what another company did NOT get right. We had an old system with issues and Juan was both knowledgeable and professional in both explaining the issues and fixing them. He got right to work and now our outdoor lighting is working well. Juan is one of the best landscape lighting designers. We had talked to 3 different companies and it was apparent Juan and his team were who we wanted to work with. Very intentional with his craftsmanship and you can tell that he has studied and continues to work at being a true businessman and lighting designer. We are very happy with the results of the spot lighting and down lighting in our backyard. We have sent him over as a referral to our neighbors here in Orange County as well that have loved the results. You will be happy you went with this company and after getting three bids ourself… it was easily the best decision! Thank you, Juan and Vision Outdoor Lighting.
