After putting in a lot of time and effort, I reached the finish line only to discover that none of the lights were working. I was frustrated, but more importantly, I was concerned that a lighting company might take advantage of the fact that I had tried to do it myself and charge me a significant amount of money to diagnose and fix what could have been a simple issue.

Thankfully, that was not my experience at all with Vision Outdoor Lighting. Juan was incredibly responsive from the start and even provided a realistic price range over the phone before coming out, ensuring I was comfortable with the potential cost. When he arrived, he was complimentary of the work I had done and never once made me feel foolish for tackling the project myself.

As it turned out, there was only one minor issue causing the entire system not to work. Juan quickly identified the problem and had everything up and running in under an hour. True to his word, the final cost fell right in the middle of the price range he had quoted beforehand.

It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, honesty, professionalism, and great customer service so well. Juan not only solved my problem efficiently, but he also treated me with respect throughout the process.
