Most properties in communities like Bear Brand Ranch, Monarch Point, Crest de Ville, and the communities along Crown Valley Highlands have meaningful elevation changes between the street, the house, and the rear yard.
That terrain has a direct consequence for low-voltage landscape lighting. A 12-volt system loses voltage in proportion to cable length.
